Great service. Great food. This place is a hidden gem of home cooked Mexican food. It feels like mom's cooking sometimes. We love coming here on weekend mornings where locals come and enjoy. The menudo is most excellent. They are pretty busy in the morning on weekends but it's well worth it.
This is hands down the best burrito in town. The portions were excellent and she was very accommodating with the extra salsa. You cannot find better food for the price in this town. $8 burritos are unheard of in Salinas. Great restaurant!
Breakfast was delicious! My husband had red salsa chilaquiles and I had the green salsa. The green salsa was amazing and the service was great. Enjoyed my delicious coffee.

Ordered a Caldo De Pollo. Noticed they no longer have the sm/lg order option, just one size one price. $14.95- had plenty of veggies (zucchini, carrots, chayote) came with a side of beans and rice and hand made tortillas. Broth could use a little more flavor but overall it was fine. I also ordered a side of the chunky salsa, that one is spicy
I had the huevos con papas, very delicious! The handmade tortillas, my weakness, were just some of the best I had in a while. The green salsa they serve with chips, was soooo good; I needed up mixing it up with the eggs to make it even more tasty! Great portions too!! Big thumps up!!
Quick service, delicious food. Had the crispy tacos with beans and rice. Will be back.
